CT Construction Accident Low Back Workers' Compensation Injury Blog

The claimant treated with chiropractic physician Dr. Steven Levy also of Woodbury, Connecticut who successfully performed a variety of modalities of care on behalf of the claimant. These modalities included massage, acupuncture, manipulation and muscle stimulation. The claimant required no spinal injections nor was low back surgery suggested. The case settled for $87,000.00 which included the paid permanency indemnity and stipulation proceeds.
